Carmen + Lisa are the people whom Vanessa, the owner, will use as her “back up”. Whenever and where-ever possible Vanessa will be doing all the pet sitting however if she is ill, injured or “needs help” … Carmen + Lisa are “the helpers”!
Carmen
Carmen has 13 years experience in caring for all types of animals, including the adoption and fostering of several welfare animals. Pet care is her passion! Carmen currently owns three cats, Meea, Sakee, and Zach, all Domestic Short Hair’s rescued from the RSPCA and AWL. Carmen also owns a female Centralian Carpet Python (Bredli).
Carmen is originally from Sydney and relocated to The Coast in 2008. She is energetic, hard-working, reliable and prides herself on the level of care she provides to ALL of the pets in her personal and work life.

Francy is an official Gold Coast Pet Sitting – Pet Sitter + Dog Walker. She services currently Palm Beach, Currumbin, Currumbin Waters, Burleigh Heads, Burleigh Waters, Andrews, Tugan, Bilinga, Coolangatta, Tugan Heights, Kirra, Varsity Lakes, Miami, Nobby Beach, Reedy Creek. Francy is available outside of this service area for a travel fee.
Whenever and where-ever possible Francy will be your primary Pet Sitter or Dog Walker however if she is ill, injured, is unavailable to do a specific visit or walk or just “needs help” … Vanessa, the owner, is her back up and helper !
Francy
Francy grew up in a village in eastern Germany. She is fluent in German (her mother tongue), speaks English with confidence and is familiar with French and Spanish languages. Francy’s passion for animals came natural to her, which is why she owned two cats, two rabbits and a dog. The close relationship to Nina, her Golden Retriever girl, was of great importance and gave her 15 years of vital experience needed to be a passionate pet sitter and dog walker.
In 2008 she decided to go to Australia for a semester abroad at QUT in Brisbane. The great weather and the friendly people made her come back in 2009 for an internship at QUT. After finishing her studies and final exams in September 2009 she moved to the Gold Coast and since then enjoys her new lifestyle.
Francy is a very reliable, friendly and always optimistic person, who loves to take dogs for fast runs and cuddle cats whilst not forgetting about your feathered, fin or other pets. She enjoys providing mental stimulation as well as physical exercise for dogs as part of any dog walking and pet sitting.
